These are the most frequently asked questions from customers. Feel free to contact us if you don’t find an answer here.

  • How long will it be until I get my order?

    Printing and processing can take 3-7 business days after receiving your order depending on how many orders are ahead of yours. Shipping time can vary but most items are sent out within 3-4 business days after processing. Because we ship worldwide, some orders can take up to 10-20 business days depending on where you’re located in regards to where your items are being printed (see below for more information).** Due to Covid-19 affecting shipping carriers there could be delays with your order. We appreciate your patience with us, as shipping times are out of our hands**

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. When your order is printed and processed, you’ll receive an email that includes tracking information once it has shipped.

  • What are Customs charges/VAT and do I have to pay them?

    Some countries have charges on international orders. These charges do not come from us, and sometimes get applied to certain orders. This varies on the country and value of the merchandise. If you are not in the U.S. and are unsure if your country applies these charges to your delivery, please find out prior to making a purchase, as we can’t refund orders that are denied due to Customs/VAT charges.

  • I never received my order.

    Oh no! Before emailing us, please check your confirmation email to ensure you entered the correct delivery address when ordering. You should also check with neighbors to see if it was delivered to their house by accident. Lastly, contact your local post office to see if there was a mistake and it was marked delivered but wasn’t, or if it was possibly left at the incorrect address. You can email us at and we will check to see if there is anything we can do to help from our end.

  • Only part of my order arrived. Where is the rest?

    Don’t worry, if part of your order is processed before the rest it’s possible it will be shipped out sooner. Another reason for only having a partial delivery is that part of your order is being printed/embroidered at a different facility. See below for more information.

  • My order is damaged, or I received the incorrect product.

    We’re sorry to hear this and we want to make it right. Please email us at right away and include your order number and photos of the product(s). Emails about damaged/incorrect orders must be received within one week of delivery.

  • Do you accept returns and exchanges or offer refunds?

    Please remember you should always check the size charts prior to ordering apparel even if you typically wear the same size in a few different brands. Since our apparel is not printed until you order and is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns unless there is something wrong with the order. Refunds on a damaged item is possible if you email us at within a week after the product was delivered and include photos along with your order number. You may have to pay shipping for replacement.

  • How are your products printed?

    For single or small orders, some of BJJ JUDO CO.’s products (shirts, spats, yoga pants, flip-flops, mugs and patches) are printed using a sublimation technique where the ink is put directly onto the garments (DTG). This is done by the ink dye being put onto transfer paper before being applied to the products using heat. This technique makes the design become part of the shirt. Bulk orders will be printed using screen printing, but it’s more economical to use DTG for small orders. Our hats are embroidered using thread, and decals are made with vinyl.

  • What’s that smell?

    Our apparel that’s made using sublimation may have a vinegar-type smell that’s used to pre-treat the products prior to the ink going on. Don’t worry! This smell will go away after the garment is washed.

  • Do you make your products?

    We create the designs for all our products, but we rely on a printing company to do the printing for us because that’s not our area of expertise.

  • Are you based in the US?

    BJJ Judo Co. is based in the US! We live and work in Pennsylvania. We now ship worldwide and use some printing companies in the US, but not all of our printing is done here. Your order may be printed in another location depending on the product(s) you order and where you’re located.
